General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of our services

These conditions govern the sale of any service presented under the brand name aporo sport represented by Loiss Chambras, sole proprietor, residing at 3 rue du Boële, 41360 Lunay - Registered with the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of Loir et Cher, SIREN 948 425 491.

Any order duly validated implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale and, where applicable, of the particular or specific conditions relating to one or more products or services.


1. Purpose

These conditions aim to define the reciprocal obligations of the parties as well as the different stages of the ordering process.


2. Articles and products

aporo sport is a registered trademark of Lois and Nicolas Chambras which aims to offer for sale graphic design services for clothing and accessories related to sport, on the one hand, and a custom decoration service for the manufacture of personalized sports balls.

The services or products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, if any errors or omissions have occurred in this presentation, Aporo Sport cannot be held liable.

The photographs illustrating the services in support of the text are not part of the contractual agreement.


3. Principle for balloon design

Four original designs are offered, with the possibility of being customized with the colors of the club or sports association.

These decorations are available in the following options:

3.1 Option 1: Non-personalized balloon

In this case, the balloon remains in the original colors of the design and retains all the distinctive elements of the basic decor on each of the panels.

The "Standard" rate applies.

3.2 Option 2: Aporo design with club customization on two panels

The design is in the club's colors, and two panels are reserved for it. The colors of the distinctive Aporo elements are adapted to the club's colors.

3.2.1 The club uses the same element on both of its panels; the "* - unique design" rate applies.

3.2.2 The club uses one panel for its image and one panel for sponsor placement; the "** - different designs" rate applies.

3.3 Option 3: Aporo design with customization on 3 panels

The design is in the club's colors, and three panels are reserved for it. The colors of the distinctive Aporo elements are adapted to the club's colors.

3.3.1 The club uses 2 panels for the same design and uses the 3rd panel for a different design, or vice versa); the "**" rate applies.

3.3.2 The club uses one advertising panel for its logo and reserves the two panels for two different sponsors; additional costs (per ball size) at the rate "**" apply. Please contact us for a precise quote.

3.4 Option 4: The club wants a custom-made, original design other than the basic Aporo designs

3.4.1 We can take care of the creation and technical realization of the set design; the club must provide us with a brief.

3.4.2 The club has a contractor to create its decor; we provide the technical specifications to be followed for the creation and production of the execution documents to be submitted to us. The quote will be based on the design provided; any intervention on our part resulting from a misinterpretation of the specifications will be billed to the club.


Aporo's pricing for custom balloons is based on two colors; black is included as a third option. The club must ensure its partners agree to work exclusively with the club's colors or black to avoid production costs associated with additional colors. Working with more colors is entirely possible, and each partner has the right to use their own colors. Please contact us for a precise quote if you require additional colors.


4. Principle for the design of kits and clothing

We work on the basis of a customized design according to a brief given by the client.

4.1 The club has a service provider; we work according to its specifications and provide it with the technical working files.

4.2 The club does not have a service provider; we put it in contact with a specialist service provider with whom we are used to working.


5. Price of products and services, delivery
  • Prices are presented in euros and are precisely defined by quote.
  • VAT is not applicable to the services offered. If changes to the business necessitate the application of VAT, it will be French VAT at the rate in effect for the products and services concerned, and the customer will be informed beforehand. Should the VAT rate change, these changes may be reflected in the price of the items without prior notice to the customer.
  • Delivery takes place within 6 to 14 weeks from receipt of full payment for the order; however, any unforeseen event or force majeure which delays delivery independently of the will and diligence of aporo sport cannot be held against it.
  • The prices shown are for the finished product and do not include delivery charges.
  • Products can be collected by appointment, 7 days a week at 3 rue du Boële - 41360 Lunay
  • Products can be delivered to an address specified during the ordering process. As the number of packages and their weight vary, an addendum to the quote will be provided to the customer to confirm the delivery cost. This addendum must be approved by the customer, and full payment will trigger delivery.


6. Order

A customer interested in an item follows the following process to place their order.

  1. He informs us of his needs via the website aporosport.fr or by email to bonjour@aporosport.fr or during an appointment made by telephone.
  2. After receiving the quote that meets the requested criteria and after verifying the details of their order (color, quantity, price, etc.), the customer confirms their choice of product(s) by completing an order form that includes all the order details or by approving the quote, which must be dated and signed. They must then provide their contact information, including the following mandatory details: title, last name, first name, full delivery address, email address, and telephone number.
  3. An invoice will then be presented to him for payment upon receipt.


7. Payment terms
  • For all orders, the payment terms are as follows: 100% upon ordering.
  • Payment in full validates the order and delivery.


8. Payment terms

The customer may pay by check drawn on a French bank and payable in France, or by bank transfer to the account indicated on the invoice. Whether payment is made by check or bank transfer, the order is only definitively and irrevocably confirmed once the full invoice amount has been credited to the bank account specified on the invoice. This confirmation constitutes a sale and irrevocably binds both parties.

In all cases, regardless of the payment method chosen by the customer, aporo sport will acknowledge receipt of the order upon validation by email or by any other means at its convenience.


9. Return of merchandise:
  1. The customer can cancel their order before confirming it by paying the invoice.
  2. Once the order has been placed and payment confirmation received, as we are dealing with custom-made products, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  3. To exchange a standard Aporo Sport product, the customer must return the merchandise to Aporo Sport. To be eligible for return, the product must be new, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  4. The return of the item(s) within this period must be accompanied by a photocopy of the invoice by email to bonjour@aporosport.fr or by post to the following address: Lois Chambras - aporo sport - 3, rue du Boële - 41360 Lunay.
  5. The seller will refuse any damaged items that have not been the subject of express remarks or reservations by the customer upon delivery.


10. Intellectual Property and Competition
  1. All elements of the aporo sport website and graphic designs created within the scope of its activities, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks, or patents. They are the exclusive property of Lois and Nicolas Chambras.
  2. Users who have a personal website and wish to place, for personal use, a simple link on their site that redirects directly to the aporo sport website, must first request authorization from aporo sport.
  3. The visuals generated during the creation process are the property of aporosport; their use must be subject to a request for authorization for any medium whatsoever, paper, multimedia or any current and future technology.
  4. Only custom graphic designs approved by the final proof will have their copyright transferred to the client, if desired. All unapproved sketches, research, tests, and proposals remain the sole property of aporosport.
  5. The client is fully responsible for the content provided for placement on their chosen medium. They must ensure the legality of its use and must have fulfilled all obligations relating to image rights, copyrights, etc.
  6. The seller agrees to respect the confidentiality rules relating to the documents, information and images made available to them by the client for the completion of the work and guarantees their non-disclosure to third parties, including within their company/organization, unless otherwise instructed by them in writing.
